Wall pad covers are double-stitched with heavy-duty nylon thread to ensure a long life and offer greater durability.

The core of these gym wall pads is filled with open-cell foam, which is made from shredded pieces of foam that are then glued together under high pressure, forming one solid piece of foam . This rebond foam is quite dense and provides a firm surface.
